No. Your space is configured to your vehicle alone.  If a different vehicle uses your space it is possible that significant damage to both the car stacker and the vehicle could occur.

So, do not share your space with friends and family. If you sublet your property (for example with Airbnb) do not provide the space to your tenants.

Before deciding on a property with stackers, you are welcome to call us with the make, model and year of your vehicle and we can check on the spot if your car is suitable for our systems.

I have been told my car doesn't fit in the system, what do I do?

Each space must be configured for your specific vehicle. You risk danger to your vehicle and the car stacker if you park a car that has not been inducted for the space.

If we review your car and determine that your specific vehicle cannot access the space permanently, there may be another space available to accommodate your car.  You may be able to coordinate a swap with your body corporate or real estate. This will require an induction for both vehicles to swap spaces.

Yes, your vehicle must be at the induction as we need to adjust the parking aid (wheel stopper) specifically to the car and check the compatibility of the car for the allocated space. If you have multiple cars using the stacker, make sure they are all available for the induction.

Inductions are carried out between 12:00noon – 9:00pm Monday to Friday.

Yes, this is dependent on the type of service agreement in place for your complex and the time of booking. For example after hours (outside of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) inductions can attract additional fees.

A technician may need to attend to the site to assist you to retrieve your fob. A fee will be applied. Replacement keys/fobs can be issued with a cost to the user.
